Currently I know that there are a few behaviors that I do that will affect my health negatively in the future. I would like to change one of the following habits: get at least 8 hours of sleep by getting to bed earlier, try to stop biting my nails by chewing gum instead, lose 5 pounds by the end of the semester by exercise and change in diet, stop drinking caffeine by slowly decreasing intake and replacing it with water or not caffeinated beverages within one month, or watch less Netflix by replacing it with more study time and reading. The behavior I have decided to change is to stop drinking caffeinated and switch to a healthy alternative (water, sprite, unsweet tea, etc.).
